This creamy and delicious Greek yogurt tzatziki sauce is a healthier substitute instead of using mayonnaise on sandwiches, burgers and wraps. They make the perfect dipping sauce with raw vegetables or added to your Mediterranean gyros and dishes. They’re full of added protein, has less fat than mayo, and it’s good for gut health.
Ingredients:
1-5oz plain greek yogurt
1 tsp minced garlic
1/3 cup minced English cucumbers
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp mint
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients until well blended. Season to taste. Refrigerate until use.
