Week 4-Fall Back into Fitness 8 Week Challenge

Good evening all. It’s the start of the Thanksgiving holiday and Week 4 of my Fall Back into Fitness 8 Week Challenge. Many of you are probably on vacation, gathering family recipes, and making your grocery store list for the fabulous dishes you will be preparing for your family and friends.

We have a lot to be thankful for including having good health. So, please don’t forget to think about that this week when making your food selections and wanting to skip a workout. Think about the progress you’ve made, but also enjoy the time with your family and friends.

There’s nothing wrong in eating in moderation, but there’s a difference in partaking in a cheat meal vs a cheat day. Choose wisely, so don’t gobble until you wobble! No elastic or yoga pants either when eating at dinner lol! Happy Thanksgiving!
