Salad Ingredients
1 1/2 head of fresh broccoli florets (chop and break apart the florets and the stalks)
5 slices of turkey bacon crumbled (optional)
1/4 cup of raw unsalted almonds (crushed)
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp of chopped red onions
Dressing Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of Kraft Reduced Fat Olive Oil Mayo
1 1/2 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of yellow mustard
1/4 tbsp of white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp of a freshly squeezed lemon
A pinch of kosher salt
Directions
Toss all the ingredients with the dressing and stir. Refrigerate 2-4 hours before serving.
