What’s Your Biggest Struggle in Your Fitness Journey?
I’m always posting about my different workouts, meal preps, running adventures, inspirational posts, health/fitness tips and what nots, but I rarely hear from you.
Just because you see me working out, running and meal prepping doesn’t mean I always want to or have myself together. I post these things to give myself some accountability, but to also inspire you to stay on your own personal journey whether it’s to lose weight, start an exercise regimen, learn how to eat and cook healthy, create a life balance or just keeping yourself together from going crazy in this thing we call life.
I want to hear from you today. What is your biggest struggle? Eating right? Working out? Time? Mindset? Emotional eating? Inconsistency? I can’t help address these issues in my posts if I don’t know what you’re going through. Let’s start talking.
