The Healthy Budgetnista is coming to a Kroger near you!

Want to know how I cook those delicious and healthy meals on a budget? Keep my weight in check and still have room for a few indulgences?

If you’re in the Memphis area, join me this coming Saturday and Sunday at the Kroger in Germantown located on Farmington Rd. and take a tour with me to help you learn how to shop and eat healthier on a budget as well as save you money and some unwanted pounds this Summer.
