It’s week 6 of my Fall Back into Fitness 8 Week Challenge with only 3 weeks to go. The fitness challenges are a little bit harder this week for my newbies, but I’m sure you can get it done. If you need to modify the exercise due to health, doctor or physical restrictions, please do so but if not try! It’s all about making a good effort and wanting to see a change in terms of your body and health.
Some of our nutrition challenge remains the same such as getting your water intake in, but more if you can. We are supposed to drink half of our body weight in ounces on a daily basis. No sodas, sweet teas, or processed fruit juice. If you can juice your own, do so. White out Wednesdays is back again as well as trying a new fruit or vegetable this week.
