Fall Back into Fitness 8 Week Challenge update: T-minus 4 days and counting before the St. Jude Marathon this weekend. I meal prepped for the week so I can eat clean, build up my glycogen stores, and hydrate properly with 96oz of water. 1 strength training class this morning and 1 cardio/strength training class this afternoon. This runner girl is gearing up for her 6th half of the year and 7th overall covering 5 states since last December. I’m beyond excited and humbled for I’m doing it for the kids and St. Jude was my first half ever. OAN: I filled up my gas tank for $1.12 a gallon today which is unheard of lol.
