Got one of my last two 3 mile taper runs in with the fellas of BMR Memphis this evening before my half this weekend. Strength training class this morning as well as majority of my Fall Back into Fitness 8 Week Challenge homework completed. I love running with these guys because they are so encouraging, have made me become a better runner and they leave no one behind. BGR Memphis and Memphis Runner’s Track Club are both great running support groups as well. Want to run and don’t know where to start? I suggest looking to see if there’s a BMR or BGR in your city. All levels are welcomed. And yes, I run in pearls lol. Shouldn’t all classy women?
